Threadhopping: I love threadjacking, so I'm almost always up for it.. If it seems to be a serious/important thread and you're not sure, just as first.
Fourthwalling: In games where it's allowed, go nuts. He's not the most well-known character, though.
Offensive subjects: I'm probably okay with it. Ask if you're not sure.

Hugging this character: Sure, just expect him to act annoyed or confused.
Kissing this character: I mean I guess, but he won't like it
Flirting with this character: Go for it! It will either annoy him or go completely over his head.
Romantic interest toward this character: Totally fine, just don't expect reciprocation(he's canonically stated to be generally disinterested, for one thing).
Fighting with this character: I would like it if anyone wishing to fight with him please contact me about it first, because his powers are both extremely complicated and ridiculously godmode, so while I am open to fighting I like to work things out OOCly first! This is especially important because of his defensive abilities--I need to figure out what he can and can't block!
Another thing to note is that while he incredibly powerful and his powers are notorious for making it near impossible to hurt him, it doesn't mean I'm not open to him losing! Just know that it will probably either take another ridiculously powerful character or exposing a loophole in his powers unless they're inactive. If he needs to lose, I can find an excuse.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): I love to do awful things to him, but I'd like it if we discussed anything beforehand.
Killing this character: See above!
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Generally gonna be a yes, though his powers can interfere with that in canon. Let's chat if you wanna!
